Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
The goal of this program is to improve the athletes performance on their playing field. Athletes will learn and develop exercises that are proven to increase strength and explosive power. They will be taught running form, agility, and stability drills that will increase the athletes quickness and speed. At the end of the program the athletes will be met with a sense of accomplishment in addition to witnessing the results when they step back into their sport.
We will meet at the weight room or football field behind Foss High School. Times may vary but typically we will be Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 9:30-11:00 am. Reminder to bring water and wear appropriate shoes (no crocs or slides).
All students and guardians must review and sign the weight room safety form below and return to Mr. Smith.
